We are hiring a Senior Cost Accountant for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on job costing, plant financial support, and oversight of accounts receivable, with the opportunity to grow into a Controller/Finance Lead position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage job/project costing (labour, materials, overhead)
• Analyze margins and cost variances
• Support plant operations with financial insights and KPI tracking
• Assist with monthly close, WIP, and inventory valuation
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Improve cash flow (DSO) and resolve billing issues
