Job Description

• Ensure costing transactions are accurately recorded for all manufacturing plants
• Cost variance to be allocate and good in transit allocation
• Input count stock in M3 (Free from Marketing / R&D test /production test/Trial Run)
• Create all inventories code and expense code in M3
• Inactive status of customer order
• Review and activate new product/revised BOM
• Prepare costing JV for month closing
• Monthly reconcile sample product, claimed products and donation product
• Monthly prepare inventory provision both of waste and slow moving
• Monthly reconcile/ inventory module (stock card) and ledger
• Calculate overhead cost include in stock for all plants
• Prepare and analysis monthly cost sheet by plants
• Monthly gross margin analysis by SKUMonthly COF analysis
