The Cost Accountant plays a key role in supporting the Edmonton manufacturing site by providing accurate cost accounting, financial analysis, and operational insights. Reporting directly to the Site Controller, this position is accountable for manufacturing cost control, inventory integrity, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and report manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies
• Apply strong problem‑solving skills to investigate cost variances, data inconsistencies, and system discrepancies to ensure accurate financial information
• Validate production jobs, manufacturing entries, and system transactions for accuracy and completeness
