VIP Desk Sr. Travel Associate
Requirements:
β 3+ years Travel domain (Corporate Travel) and VIP customer service experience with GDS Knowledge (Amadeus etc., )
β Deliver personalized, empathetic, efficient service for high-value clients
β Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customer (CEO, CFO, COO etc) via phone, chat & email
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities with an emphasis on quality, customer service and accuracy
β Ability to work effectively with personal computers and various OBT (online booking tool) with the ability to learn new systems quickly
