We are currently working with a Boutique Law Firm in Bengaluru that is looking to expand by hiring someone at a PA and at the Associate level. The firm is started by someone who comes from a Tier-1 setup. The firm majorly represents Funds and works across sectors.

• Assist the Partner in working on a deal end to end: due diligence to drafting the transaction documents to client negotiation.
