Our market leading Corporate department is looking for a 6+ PQE lawyer to join our Wellington team, led by partners Angela Harford, Amon Nunns, David Coull and Dean Oppenhuis.

As a senior lawyer in this team, you will advise on a full range of market leading commercial transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, infrastructure, procurement, energy & renewables, digital & technology and other major projects and complex transactions. You will join a collegial and established team at the top of the market, work for a diverse group of local and international clients and have opportunities to develop your legal skills and build relationships in an inclusive and supportive team environment.
