Position Overview Reporting to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel, the Corporate Secretary will provide strategic leadership across corporate governance, compliance, and Board operations for CDEV and several of its subsidiaries. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and senior management, ensuring governance frameworks and legal practices align with Crown corporation accountability requirements while supporting commercial effectiveness and value creation. The position functions as a key liaison between the Board, CEO, and management team.

This position is located in either Toronto or Ottawa, currently with a hybrid work option.
