Job Description :
--Your main function is to carry out Corporate secretarial services for our clients, which include prepare directors' / members' resolutions, Annual Return, filing statutory forms with SSM, attend to clients and all other corporate secretarial matters.
Requirements :
--Holders with company secretary qualifications or currently pursuing MAICSA/ MACS / Malaysia SSM Licensed Secretary certificates , fresh graduates who are interested in professional secretarial practices are also encouraged to apply.
--Proficiency in English .
--5 Days week
