Sokin is looking for an organised, detail‑oriented and proactive Corporate Secretary to support our global corporate governance and entity management activities. In this role you will be a key player in helping to manage Sokin’s global legal entity structure and corporate governance processes, ensuring that statutory obligations, corporate records and governance requirements are maintained efficiently and to a high standard across the group.

You will focus on the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of Sokin’s corporate secretarial responsibilities, including support for global entities, corporate filings, board and committee meeting logistics, preparation and maintenance of minutes and resolutions, and oversight of statutory books and records.
