What we are looking for in a candidate:

 Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key

demographics and present them with viable proposals.

 Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the

company.

 Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.

 Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.

 Achieve revenue targets.

 Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices

 Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
