Job Description
Responsibilities
Β Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Adelaide office, while also supporting other APAC locations as required
Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal events and corporate engagements, including in-house activities, team luncheons, celebrations, and regional conferencesAct as the primary point of contact for facilities management, liaising with building management, maintenance teams, and external service providers
Manage domestic and international travel coordination for employees, ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance
Oversee and support the end-to-end procurement process (demand-to-pay) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Maintain, manage, and continuously enhance supplier and vendor management frameworks
