A Corporate Lawyer advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity deals, joint ventures, and general corporate structuring. The role involves managing transactions end-to-end, ensuring compliance with Singapore law, and coordinating with cross-border counsel where necessary. Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on
M&A transactions , including share and asset purchases, disposals, and restructuring Draft, review, and negotiate
transactional documents
(e.g., SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements) Conduct and oversee
legal due diligence
and identify transactional risks Structure deals in compliance with
Singapore regulatory frameworks
