What you’ll be doing:

• Advise on labor disputes and independently handle any potential labor arbitrations, litigations.

• Deal with daily labor law inquiries from China & HK employees, HRs and business teams and provide helpful advice to better facilitate and support the business operation, among others, give valuable advice on non-competition related inquiries, optimize case assessment process, provide executable guidelines to HRs and ma...
