Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of valuation engagement across businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments (including equity and debt securities, derivatives and options) for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, financial reporting and restructuring, tax and financial advisory purposes
• Build and review financial/valuation models (three-statement financial statements, discounted cash flows, market multiples) and validate key assumptions underlying forecasts
• Conduct industry and company research, monitor market trends, and ensure valuation analyses comply with best practices, standards, and methodologies
• Prepare and deliver high-quality valuation reports and presentations
• Assist in proposal development and contribute to business development initiatives
• Collaborate with senior team members to maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service and quality
