Corporate Finance Manager (Construction/Data Centre)

The role is responsible to assist the Lead in the following key functions:

• Capital Management and Treasury Operations: Assist in the implementation of efficient capital utilization and cash flow optimisation.
• Fundraising: Assist in the company's capital fundraising by identifying and evaluating diverse funding sources, negotiating favourable terms with potential investors or lenders, preparing comprehensive financial documentation, and cultivating relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Tax Planning: Analysing tax laws and regulations/compliance and ensuring compliance with corporate governance practices.
