The Opportunity

The Corporate Education Manager leads the delivery and growth of Monash Business School’s portfolio of premium bespoke and open corporate education programs, including both award and non-award offerings. Working closely with senior leaders, the role is responsible for shaping and implementing the School’s corporate education strategy, driving program growth and diversification, and overseeing the management of the Corporate Education budget and professional team.

This role provides strategic leadership across governance, compliance, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring programs meet complex regulatory and accreditation requirements.
