Profile Summary
Virtusa is looking for a Manager/ Lead Consultant - Corporate Development (M&A and Strategic planning) , to execute fast moving M&A projects aligned to Virtusa vision and strategy for inorganic growth. The successful candidate should have extensive deal experience with a track record of running deal teams.
You will develop, coordinate, and implement plans designed to capture new opportunities for M&A. You will be responsible for sourcing of deals, and manage all day-to-day aspects of Corporate Development. An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has the ability to work a flexible schedule, as necessary.
