Job Description

As the Corporate Counsel, you will handle legal matters related to the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing on real property assets and land-related issues. This includes tasks such as tenement applications, mining, quarrying, property administration, lease agreements, and managing third-party relations.

Primary Accountabilities:

Carry out thorough legal research and review to support company transactions.

Monitor Property Assets:

Establish and maintain efficient systems to track real property assets and the cases related to them.

Protect Property Ownership:
