CORPORATE COUNSEL

As a Corporate Counsel, you will provide solutions-based counseling to multiple internal clients on a wide variety of complex legal and business issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Support Finance and Engineering teams on corporate transactions and strategic investments by owning all legal aspects of such transactions, including legal diligence, negotiation, deal execution, and integration planning

+ Draft and implement transaction playbooks and integration checklists

+ Manage the company’s and its subsidiaries’ corporate legal affairs domestically and internationally

+ Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial agreements
