**J** **ob Summary**

The Corporate Counsel works closely with senior attorneys to provide legal guidance to leadership on a wide range of routine matters which may vary in complexity. Works closely with the various internal business teams and functions in reviewing new and ongoing activities to provide legal guidance on privacy requirements of federal and state patient and consumer privacy laws such as CCPA, CPRA, and HIPAA and company privacy policies and procedures to incorporate privacy by design into reviews. Performs privacy review of contracts including those for consulting services, SaaS, health plan, data use, and pharmacy/specialty pharmacy contracts including negotiation of DPAs and BAAs where applicable. Keeps current on industry activities and emerging trends to inform and advise on business programs.
