Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate, Conveyancing and Banking Lawyer based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The lawyer will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate, commercial and banking documents. Daily responsibilities include reviewing corporate and conveyancing matters such as shareholder agreements, joint ventures, commercial contracts, sale and purchase agreements, security documentation and conducting corporate and commercial due diligence.
