The business has grown enormously and is committed to ensuring that energy from waste becomes an integral part of London’s energy supply. Its innovative carbon capture and storage programme is set to reduce carbon emissions for several million people in London and the South East.

The company is looking for a Communications Manager for a 12 month (maternity cover) FTC, and can be flexible in terms of days contracted, between 3-5. The Role is to start in June 2026. 

A significant responsibility will be to develop internal communications across a number of channels, seeking out stories to build stronger stakeholder relations and deepen employee and customer connections, as well as helping proactively deliver media relations, an active events programme, social and digital output and generally engaging with all aspects of the communications plan.
