Responsibilities

• Engage customers confidently and provide expert consultation on nail products
• Demonstrate products, explain benefits, and drive sales conversion
• Achieve monthly showroom sales targets and increase average billing value
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary beauty products
• Maintain premium brand display, hygiene, and visual standards
• Build repeat customers through excellent service and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or strategic planning
• Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and market expansion projects
• Must have UAE Valid Driving License
