Job Description

Main Purpose of the role

To develop and deliver training programs for all of Ishida Europe’s product range to our customers.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop formal training modules for the Ishida product range (existing products and New Development Plan working together with Product Management).

  • Deliver training modules to satisfy customer requirements.

  • Ensure output of the training section is accurate, on time and achieves Ishida standards.

  • Ensure records and databases are accurately maintained.

  • Ensure safe working practices are understood, implemented and maintained.

  • Carry out assessments following training and certify.

  • Maintain database for training records.

  • Understand and comply with the relevant sections of our ISO 9001-2008 quality standard.

  • Plan and organise promotions to increase the sale of training.
