Role Overview

We’re looking for a copywriter who can think in ads, not just words. Someone comfortable writing in English and Hinglish, creating scroll-stopping scripts as well as sharp static ad copies for performance marketing.

This role sits close to the creative process, so beyond writing, you should understand how content is edited and packaged for social media ads.

Responsibilities

• Write short-form scripts for influencer-led performance ads (Meta, Instagram, Reels).
• Create static ad copies, hooks, and captions for performance marketing.
• Write naturally in English and Hinglish, depending on the audience and creator.
• Work closely with editors by suggesting edit styles, pacing, and visual references for videos.
• Turn product insights into clear, engaging ad concepts that drive conversions.
