Job Description
This position will lead this companies mechanical and plumbing engineering design development practices in all regions of work performed by this construction company in adherence to the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Army surveying , planning and RFP design standards. These individuals will be working on new building construction, updates and renovations. Not maintenance, just design. Most work will be done on offices, housing and training areas.Responsible for job cost tracking, and performance thorughout the duration of a project
Coordinating with project team to facilitate flow of design information and schedule
Work with project team on submittals, cost management, quality control, approval process
Leading consultations with stakeholders regarding project proposals, schedules, strategies, submittal procedures, building system design, safety to ensure quality conceptual design and construction methods to meet requirements of RFP, proposals and cor...
