Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Copy team performance, budget and day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring that we produce high-quality content for brands and products which are engaging, informative and accurate, aligning with the END. tone of voice
  • Directing the Copy Team to manage their output and achieve targets, with a focus on reducing Key Performance Indicators such relating to processing time (Time to Site) and efficiency (Cost per Style)
  • Defines, communicates and manages the Copy team processes, systems and tools, owning the Copywriting Style Guide as an always evolving document to fit Studio and business needs
  • Ensuring team quality levels and continuous improvements that drive an exceptional customer retail experience, such as Editing and proof-reading Copywriters outputEnsuring written content is created with search engine best practices in mind whilst balancing customer needsConducting ...
