A client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a mission‑critical medical logistics platform team that supports web, mobile, and API‑driven customer experiences. This role will play a key part in modernizing and scaling systems that support a growing customer base, with a strong emphasis on API services, web applications, and mobile platforms operating at scale in AWS.
This lead engineer will operate across platform, application, and infrastructure layers, contributing hands‑on code while also providing technical leadership and system‑level guidance—particularly supporting teams responsible for web, mobile, and API development. The ideal candidate has seen large, complex systems succeed and fail, understands how modern systems are built and run in production, and can apply those lessons to guide cleaner, more resilient implementations.
