Establishes and maintains working relationships, conducts needs assessments, coordinates and evaluates volunteer programs. Recruits and trains volunteers and coordinates their deployment. Acts as a resource for staff who interact with volunteers and ensures compliance with organizational policies relevant to volunteers.
