Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Disability Support Services reports to the University Director of Disability Support and Academic Support Center and has responsibility for coordinating accommodations and related services for students with disabilities, managing the Office for Disability Support Services, supervising student personnel, and serving as a resource to the Fairleigh Dickinson University community. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the University Director.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs degree in Psychology, Special Education, Student Services Administration, Higher Education Administration, Management, or other field preferred.
2. A minimum of 1-year of related experience, including but not limited to: legal issues, higher education, and support services.
3. Familiarity with federal, state and local laws regarding access for people with disabilities preferred.
