About the role

The Coordinator responsibilities will:

  • Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and group events.
  • Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.
  • Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.
  • Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.
  • Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational processes
  • Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
