Our client is looking for qualified and experienced cooks to work at their large estate. The company sets innovative menus bringing out the best of the local produce with their in house dining room. 

Required: 

• AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV
• OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. 
• Preparation, creation, decoration of food items
• Eamining foodstuffs to ensure quality
• Plan, develop and estimate food costs when ordering food supplies
• Monitor quality of dishes
• Prepare and cook food demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques
• Season food during cooking
• Portion food
• Keep kitchen and enforce hygiene regulations 
• Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
