Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service‑orientated Cook to join our Dietary Team!

Under the director of the Dietary Supervisor, the Cook uses culinary expertise to prepare and serve meals according to cycle menus, monitors methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning. Directs and/or provides professional preparation of meals for guests, employees and inpatients across the age continuum as needed to facilitate the delivery of services. This position utilizes the food service process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide dietary services. The cook will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital, patient, and employees as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
