Position Summary:
Person in this position will assist in the provision of meals. Essential Job Functions include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Prepare all meals in accordance with approved menus, meeting mealtime schedules.
+ Record client/staff meal census.
+ Maintain high (Health Department) standards, cleanliness, sanitation, including the wearing of gloves and/or hairnets and/or caps at all time within food preparation and serving areas.
+ Prepare requisitions for food and commodities as needed.
+ Receive and store all deliveries properly.
+ Assure that equipment is in good operating condition and that temperatures are within proper standards. Be constantly aware of fire and safety hazards. Report repair/maintenance needs to supervis...
