Job Description
Basic up to $5,000 + AWS
Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Location: Toa Payoh
AL: 14 Days
Job Responsibilities- Handle private property conveyancing related matters etc. sale , purchase , redemption , refinancing and BUC
- Prepare documents related to conveyancing matters
- Communicate with clients and parties related to the conveyancing process
- Timely completion of conveyancing transactions
- Draft letters and emails, respond to enquiries and messages
- All other incidental secretarial / administrative duties
- 1-5 years conveyancing experience preferred
