Job Description
Ideal Candidate Requirements: Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English A minimum of 1 year experience as a conveyancing secretary is ESSENTIAL Currently residing in Somerset West or the immediate surroundings Working knowledge of Lexis Nexis Reporting to the Senior Conveyancing Secretary, duties will include but not limited to: Provide administrative support to the Senior Conveyancing secretary Liaise with clients, estate agents and other legal entities by mail and phone Maintain electronic filing system Schedule appointments and manage diary Handle incoming and outgoing mails General office administration duties such as ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
