AT LAW PRACTICE LLP is seeking to expand its Conveyancing Team and is inviting qualified lawyers to apply for a position as a Conveyancing Secretary.

Requirements:

• Handle HDB and/or Private conveyancing matters in sales, purchases, part-sales/purchases, refinances and redemptions transactions
• Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines
• Liaise with Banks, CPF board Solicitors, Solicitors and Clients on various conveyancing matters together with the conveyancing solicitors
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience
• Possess good command of written and spoken English.
