- 3–5 years' experience in a conveyancing role
- Experience in preparing Deeds of Transfer and bond registrations based on bank panel instructions
- Proficient in MS Office, Legal Suite, and GhostConvey
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
