Matric
3–5 years' experience in a conveyancing role
Experience in preparing Deeds of Transfer and bond registrations based on bank panel instructions
Proficient in MS Office, Legal Suite, and GhostConvey
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
