SUMMARY:
Location: Brooklyn Area, Pretoria
Salary: Market related depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday β Friday, 08:00 β 16:00 (including 30-minute lunch break) POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ yearsβ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
- Strong experience with transfers, bond registrations, and cancellations
- Proficient in conveyancing software systems
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in English
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional telephone etiquette and client service skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deadlines
