Job Description
- Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing for Executive roles.
- Manage a full spectrum of conveyancing matters, including both private and HDB transactions, independently.
- Handle CPF-related processes for property transactions.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of legal documentation related to property conveyancing.
- Perform e‑lodgment of documents via the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) platform.
- Liaise with clients, banks, CPF Board, developers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
- Ensure all necessary compliance checks and due diligence are conducted efficiently.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation to support case management.
