The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent client care skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full lifecycle caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Handling:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
• Conducting title investigations and raising enquiries
• Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
