Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer
Location: Northwich, Cheshire (Office-based)
£48,000 + from NQ Upwards dependent on experience + Benefits
Due to continued growth, a well-established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer to join its expanding team based at its Head Office in Northwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys managing a full caseload while also supervising and developing a team, within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
The Role
You will manage a traditional residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and support of a team within the department.
This is a fully office-based role, reflecting the leadership and oversight responsibilities required.
