Your Task
* Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates.
* Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports.
* Follow up on issues as needed and attention to detail.
* Work with local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency
* Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
* Be flexible with shift hours as needed – critical during 4th QTR
* Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
* Ability to multitask and adapt to various areas as needed.
* Follow and maintain 5s Program and guidelines
* Performs other related duties as assigned

Your Profile
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* SAP and /or WMS environment preferred
* Computer literacy applied
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical skills
* Experience in DG (dangerous goods) preferred.
