Responsibilities:
Analyze website and landing page performance to identify drop-off points.
Design and execute A/B tests across pages, funnels, and campaigns.
Improve conversion rates for leads, demos, and customer acquisition funnels.
Use analytics tools to study user behavior and identify friction points.
Work with design and development teams to implement optimization changes.
Develop hypotheses based on data and continuously test improvements.
Monitor funnel performance and report on conversion metrics regularly.
Support optimization of paid and organic traffic landing experiences.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user journey optimization.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
