Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 base + discretionary bonus

Overview
We are seeking a Controller to join a growing, global manufacturing organization with approximately $150–200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with the international parent company.
Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

+ Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

+ Manage financial reporting under both GAAP and IFRS standards

+ Lead SOX and international-SOX compliance, including internal controls documentation, testing, and audit coordination
