Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant standards. This position offers the opportunity to lead key accounting functions and contribute to the strategic financial planning of the organization.


What You'll Do:

+ Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

+ Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.

+ Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and operational insights.

+ Partner with operations and executive leadership to provide financial guidance and recommendations.

+ Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned regions.

+ Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
