Quince & Co. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing hospitality group, including Quince, Cotogna, Verjus, Officina, and Tusk Events. This role is responsible for leading the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions while partnering closely with ownership and operational leadership to support strategic decision-making and continued growth.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Hospitality experience is strongly preferred, particularly within restaurant, events, or multi-unit operations.
This is an onsite role, located at our office in San Francisco.
