Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee company-level accounting, property management financial operations, monthly close procedures, bank reconciliations, vendor purchasing controls, invoicing, and operational efficiency reporting.

This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting discipline, property management experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and the ability to build scalable financial systems for a growing service-based real estate management company. The Controller will be responsible for accurate books, timely reporting, internal controls, and financial visibility across the company.
