The Controller leads the company’s accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and tax regulations. This role owns the month-end close, oversees general ledger and financial reporting, manages a small accounting team, and partners closely with leadership to provide timely, insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making. The position is ideal for an accounting-first leader with a strong public accounting background who thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization and is interested in a natural progression toward a future Chief Accounting Officer role.
